Your signature is the design you create in meetwell. The Outlook add-in is the tool that brings it into your mailbox. Both are included in your meetwell subscription.

Create your sign-off.

Choose your layout, colors, portrait, logo and links. Copy the finished signature into your email app’s settings. When your details change, copy the updated design again.

OUTLOOK ADD-IN

Bring it into the message.

Open meetwell inside Outlook and insert your latest saved signature. The add-in embeds the images in that email, so they travel with the message. You can refresh the signature in a draft without copying it through Settings.

Your portrait, logo and QR code are embedded in the message. They don’t depend on a temporary image address from your browser. Email apps can still apply their own image and security settings.

From an independent business to a Microsoft 365 organization, meetwell can fit the way you work. Administrators can deploy the Outlook add-in to selected people through their existing Microsoft 365 admin center.

Each person uses their own saved meetwell signature. This is administrator-managed installation; company-wide template controls and centralized brand enforcement are not included.

The add-in is in early access. We’ll help check your Outlook version and organization’s installation settings before setup.

Get setup help

For your own mailbox

If your organization allows custom add-ins, we can guide you through installing meetwell. A public Microsoft Marketplace install is not available yet.

For a Microsoft 365 organization

Your administrator can assign the add-in to approved users through Microsoft 365. Organization policies still apply, and deployment can take time to reach Outlook.

Use another email app?

The signature builder is ready for copy-and-paste setup in your email app. The Outlook add-in is a separate way to insert that same identity.
