Create your Meet Well card, add the pass to your iPhone, and share your contact with a QR scan. Here is the complete setup and a quick test before your next meeting.
Updated October 11, 2026Start with the details you want to share
Your Wallet pass is your own business card, ready to show when you meet someone. It includes your name, company, role and a QR code. Add your photo and company logo in Meet Well to make the pass recognizable at a glance.
You can try the builder without an account. Publishing your card and creating your Wallet pass requires a Meet Well account with an active plan, or complimentary access. Use an iPhone to complete the Add to Apple Wallet step.
From the builder to your Wallet
Design your digital card
Open the Meet Well builder. Enter your name, role and company, then add the email, phone and website you want to share. Choose your theme and accent, and upload a photo or logo if you want them on your card.
Publish your card
Create your account, choose your plan and save your card at your chosen address. If you designed it on a computer, sign in to the same Meet Well account on your iPhone.
Open Wallet pass
In your workspace, choose Wallet pass. Review your name, branding and QR code, then tap Add to Apple Wallet. Meet Well prepares your pass from your saved card.
Confirm in Apple Wallet
When the iPhone shows the pass, review it and tap Add. Open the Wallet app to find your business card alongside your other passes.
What happens when your details change?
Save changes in Meet Well to update the details behind your card link and contact-download QR. A contact someone already saved in their address book will not silently update; share your current card again when they need the new information.
The text and artwork on an already-added Wallet pass are a saved version. After changing your name, company, photo or design, return to Wallet pass and add the current version again. If an older copy remains, remove it after confirming the new one is in Wallet.
If the pass does not appear
Open Meet Well directly in your iPhone’s browser and sign in, rather than trying to add the pass from a desktop or an embedded social-app browser. Check that your card is saved and your subscription is active. If the pass still will not open, use Help in your workspace.
While you resolve it, you can still share your public card link or show the QR code from Meet Well. Those give the recipient another route to your contact details.
