Effective October 10, 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Meet Well at meetwell.cards, including our card builder, accounts, public cards, contact downloads, email signatures, the meetwell Outlook add-in, Apple Wallet passes and connection tools. “We” and “our” refer to SKB HOLDINGS LLC, based in Montana, United States. For privacy questions or requests, use support or contact hello@meetwell.cards.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address or phone number, verification and account identifiers, profile name and photo if provided, and subscription status. Authentication and account management are provided by Clerk.
- Card information: the details you enter, including your name, company, role, location, contact details, links, biography, card address, photographs, logos, background images and design choices.
- Workspace information: connections you enter, their business contact details, meeting context, notes, tags, pipeline stages, reminders and activity history.
- Email tools: if you configure campaigns, we process sender settings, your business mailing address, recipient details, drafts, approvals, scheduled messages, delivery events, reply content and suppression records. The connected email-provider credential is stored in encrypted form.
- Outlook add-in: the add-in retrieves the published card and signature you select, checks the sending address inside Outlook, and inserts signature HTML and inline images into the current message. It saves your selected card, name, email and preferences in Outlook roaming settings and signature replacement information on the message. It does not send the email body, recipients or mailbox contents to Meet Well, and it does not send emails for you. Requests for your published signature are subject to the technical logging described below. Disconnecting clears the saved connection; it does not remove signatures from previously saved or sent messages.
- Billing information: subscription identifiers, plan, payment status and billing records needed to manage access. Payment details are collected through the billing provider’s checkout; Meet Well’s application database does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Support: messages and attachments you choose to send, a support identifier and information needed to resolve your request. When chat is enabled, tawk.to provides the chat service; where offered, its AI assistant processes your conversation to suggest answers and can hand it to a human. Your workspace contacts and campaigns are not automatically provided as AI training material or support context. Avoid sending sensitive information in chat.
- Technical information: requests to our service can produce IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, errors and security logs through our hosting and service providers.
Please do not put passwords, government identifiers, financial account details, health records or other sensitive information in your card or connection notes.
3. What is public
Publishing a card makes its saved public details available to people who visit its link. A link is not a password. Public cards may be discovered by search engines, copied, downloaded as contacts, photographed, or shared by other people.
Card photos, logos, signature logos and background artwork attached to a saved card can be retrieved at their asset addresses. Link previews include selected card details and artwork. Messaging and social platforms may fetch and retain those previews. Email signatures, downloaded contacts and Wallet passes also create copies outside Meet Well.
Editing your card changes what Meet Well serves going forward. It does not recall contacts, passes, signatures, screenshots or previews already saved by others. When paid access ends, the public card is paused; this does not by itself erase stored card data or every previously shared image.
Connection notes, campaign drafts and workspace records are not added to your public card. Sending a campaign shares its approved contents and recipient information with the connected delivery provider and intended recipients.
4. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, save and publish cards, produce requested contact downloads and artwork, manage subscriptions, run the connection and email tools you choose, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use card or connection data for targeted advertising.
If privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, legal obligations, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
5. Providers and other disclosures
We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage and delivery; Clerk for authentication, account management and subscription billing; and payment processors used by checkout. If you enable email campaigns, your connected Resend account processes message delivery and replies. When you open chat, tawk.to processes chat messages and support session information. Apple and messaging or social platforms process information when you use their Wallet or sharing features. Those services also have their own privacy terms.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect people or the service, or investigate abuse. If the service changes ownership, relevant information may transfer with it, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.
Providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply.
6. Cookies and browser storage
Meet Well and its authentication provider use cookies and similar storage to maintain sign-in, protect sessions and operate account features. The demo builder stores your draft in your browser so it can survive a refresh and move into your account when you save it. Clearing site storage removes that local draft and may sign you out. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent account features from working.
Chat loads only when you choose to open it and uses cookies or similar storage to maintain the support conversation. You can use the email contact without loading chat. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers in the Meet Well application. Opening a third-party link or using an embedded account or payment feature is also subject to that provider’s practices.
7. Retention and security
Saved account, card and workspace information is retained to provide the service unless you request deletion or we no longer need it. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your data. We may retain limited billing, security, suppression and legal records when needed to meet obligations, prevent abuse, honor opt-outs or resolve disputes. We retain a minimal deletion record (account identifier, job status and timestamps) to complete cleanup and prevent old sessions from recreating the account. Backups, logs and third-party caches may not disappear immediately when active records are removed.
We use measures such as encrypted connections, access checks and protected credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep control of your sign-in email or phone and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
8. Your choices and requests
You can edit your card in your workspace, manage your account profile and subscription, and clear a demo draft from browser storage. For permanent deletion, open Account settings. For a copy of your information, correction, restriction or an objection to processing, use support or contact hello@meetwell.cards. Identify your Meet Well account and the request; do not send passwords or verification codes. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting.
Account deletion hides your public card and blocks new workspace activity, stops subscription renewal and scheduled campaign sends, then removes active workspace records, uploaded files and the authentication profile. Provider failures may delay completion; the Account page reports progress. Deletion does not recall content already downloaded or delivered, and retained provider records are subject to their legal obligations. Support transcripts are handled separately: ask support to delete them where applicable. If you cannot sign in, contact us for help. Canceling renewal alone does not delete your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including portability, an appeal of a denied request, or a complaint to your local privacy regulator. We handle requests under the law that applies to them and do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
If someone else entered your details as a connection, they decide why those details are used. Contact that person for requests about their records, or contact us to help identify the relevant account without disclosing unrelated information.
9. Children
Meet Well is intended for adults and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required. Questions or requests can be sent through support or to hello@meetwell.cards. Business customers can review our data processing information.
