Data Processing
Effective October 10, 2026
Business customers decide which contacts belong in their workspace and how to use them. This page explains the processing involved and how to arrange a data processing agreement.
Roles and scope
SKB HOLDINGS LLC, Montana, United States, operates Meet Well. A business customer generally determines the purposes for its contact lists, notes and campaigns; Meet Well processes that workspace information to provide the tools the customer chooses. We separately use account, billing, security and support information to operate our relationship with the account holder, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Workspace processing includes storing and retrieving business contact details, meeting notes, tags, reminders, message content, scheduling instructions, delivery information and replies. People involved may include the customer’s staff, clients, prospects and other business contacts. Public card details and artwork are published at the customer’s direction. Do not upload sensitive records that are unrelated to these purposes.
Providers involved
- Cloudflare: hosts the application and stores workspace records, images and rendered files.
- Clerk and checkout providers: provide sign-in, account and subscription services. Private CRM notes and campaign content are not sent to Clerk as part of these features.
- Your connected Resend account: processes campaign messages and replies under your relationship with that provider.
- tawk.to, when chat is enabled: processes support conversations. Workspace contacts and campaigns are not automatically loaded into the assistant.
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by these providers. This page does not promise a particular data residency region or independently establish a lawful international transfer mechanism.
Security and retention
The application uses encrypted connections, account-based access checks, signed sessions and encrypted storage of connected email-provider credentials. Account deletion requires fresh sign-in verification and removes active workspace records and uploaded files after renewal and scheduled-send cleanup. Minimal deletion job records prevent old sessions from recreating a deleted account. Provider logs, backups, support conversations and records retained for legal obligations have separate retention considerations.
Canceling payment renewal does not request data deletion. Use Account settings to delete a workspace, or contact support to discuss return of data before deletion. Downloaded contacts, delivered messages, Wallet passes and third-party caches cannot be recalled through account deletion.
Request a data processing agreement
If your organization needs a DPA, contact support or hello@meetwell.cards before transferring data that requires one. Include your legal entity, jurisdiction, intended use and any transfer or residency requirements. Do not send your contact database with the request.
A DPA should identify the parties, processing details and instructions, confidentiality and security duties, subprocessor terms, assistance with individual rights and incidents, return or deletion of data, and appropriate audit provisions. Any required international transfer documents also need to be agreed for the actual arrangement.
This information page is not an executed DPA, a certification of compliance, or a substitute for those agreed terms. We will need to confirm that the service and provider arrangements can meet your organization’s requirements.
