Effective October 10, 2026
1. Using Meet Well
These terms govern use of Meet Well at meetwell.cards and its related tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Meet Well for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Account holders must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the service.
“Meet Well,” “we” and “our” refer to SKB HOLDINGS LLC, based in Montana, United States. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@meetwell.cards. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Accounts and access
Use accurate account details and keep control of the email address or phone number you use to sign in. Do not share sign-in codes or use another person’s account without authorization. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Requesting a phone sign-in code causes an authentication message to be sent to that number. Message and data rates may apply. Email sign-in is available as an alternative; requesting an authentication code does not enroll you in marketing texts.
3. Plans, renewal and cancellation
The standard plans currently displayed are $3 per month or $24 per year, in US dollars. Checkout shows the applicable price, billing interval, taxes and any offer before you subscribe. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval until canceled.
You authorize the billing provider to charge the payment method you supply for the subscription you select. Keep billing information current. Failed payments or an expired subscription may pause paid features and your public card.
Cancel through the Billing section of Manage your plan before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. A canceled subscription normally remains available through its paid-through date shown in billing. Canceling does not automatically delete your workspace. Use support if you cannot access the cancellation controls.
Payments are non-refundable, including renewal charges, unused time, partial subscription periods and account deletion, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not reverse an existing payment. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer remedies. Contact support about duplicate, mistaken or unauthorized charges so we can investigate. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We may offer complimentary access or promotions under the conditions stated with that offer. A free offer does not authorize a future charge without a paid subscription being selected. Changes to subscription prices will be communicated before taking effect as required by law and the applicable billing terms.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give us permission to host, store, process, resize, display and deliver it as needed to operate the service and the sharing features you choose. This includes rendering public cards, QR codes, previews, contact files, signatures and Wallet passes. It does not transfer ownership of your logo, photos or contact information to us.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content, use a logo or photograph, and enter another person’s information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your card and for deciding what belongs in public. Do not use Meet Well to impersonate another person or organization.
5. Sharing and product limits
Public card links are intended to be shared and may be indexed, downloaded or copied. Updating your card does not update every previously downloaded contact, email signature, Wallet pass or third-party preview. Re-export or reissue those items when needed. Messaging platforms control whether and when they show a preview.
Your chosen card address is fixed after the first save under the current product flow. We aim to keep published addresses stable, but an address is not a promise of perpetual hosting: public access depends on account status and continued operation of the service.
Do not rely on Meet Well as the only copy of important information. Device compatibility, email rendering, provider availability and network conditions can affect the output.
6. Connections and email campaigns
You decide which contacts to enter and which messages to send. You are responsible for lawful collection and use of recipient information, any required consent, accurate sender details, required notices and honoring opt-outs. Do not use purchased or scraped lists without a lawful basis and the permissions required for the messages you send.
Campaign messages require your review, approval and launch. Delivery uses your connected email-provider account, whose own terms, limits and charges apply. Scheduled messages may continue while Meet Well is closed. Reply-based cancellation occurs when the inbox next syncs; it is not an immediate, continuously running reply monitor. Check your campaign and provider status when stopping time-sensitive messages.
Do not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful content or material that violates another person’s rights. You remain responsible for campaign contents and recipients even when a template or merge field helps prepare the message.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, malware, unlawful discrimination or other illegal activity. Do not bypass access controls, attempt to obtain other users’ private data, disrupt the service, abuse sign-in messages, or remove required attribution from third-party materials. We may limit or suspend activity reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or address unpaid fees.
8. Our service and third parties
Meet Well’s software and branding belong to their respective owners. These terms allow you to use the service; they do not give ownership of the software or brand. Where available, support may begin with an AI assistant. It can make mistakes and does not authorize account changes, resolve legal disputes or replace a human decision; ask for a person when needed.
Third-party services, including authentication, billing, email delivery, Apple Wallet and social platforms, operate under their own terms. References to those services do not imply endorsement.
We work to keep Meet Well useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, guaranteed delivery or a particular business result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the service or permanently delete your account from Account settings. Deletion includes stopping renewal and scheduled campaign sends before workspace cleanup finishes. Canceling renewal by itself keeps your account and is available in Billing. We may suspend or end access for material violations, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Features and these terms may change. Updated terms will carry a new effective date, with additional notice or consent where required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and cancel future renewal.
10. Questions and resolving concerns
Use support or contact hello@meetwell.cards with enough detail to identify the issue. Do not include passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details. These terms do not require arbitration or waive any non-waivable consumer rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
