How do I update my card or profile photo?
Open your workspace and choose Digital card. Save your edits to update your public card. Edit your account name and sign-in photo from Account → Edit profile. Card details are edited separately so your business identity can differ from your sign-in profile.
How do I add my card to Apple Wallet?
Save your card, open Apple Wallet in your workspace and download the pass on your iPhone. Re-download the pass after changing details. People can scan its QR code to open your contact download; a downloaded pass does not automatically refresh every copy.
Why is an old image still showing when I share?
Social platforms and messaging apps cache previews. Save your current card, then share its public link again. The receiving platform decides when its cached preview is refreshed.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage subscription and cancel renewal in Billing. Your paid-through date appears there. Canceling renewal keeps your account; permanent deletion is a separate choice under Account settings. Read the cancellation and no-refund policy.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account settings, read the deletion summary, type DELETE and verify your sign-in. Deletion hides your card, stops renewal and scheduled campaign messages, and removes your workspace and sign-in. Save any information you want to keep first.
