Use your Meet Well card details as the starting point for your email signature. Choose a Classic, Compact or Card layout, review the preview and copy the formatted signature into your email app.
The card link gives recipients a place to see your current details and save your contact. Add a QR code when it suits the way your audience reads email.
EMAIL SIGNATURES
Use the logo that works in email.
Your email signature can use a different logo from your digital business card. Upload an alternate version when the card artwork needs a different treatment on a light email background, or turn the logo off for a simpler sign-off.
Preview the layout and send yourself a test email. Email apps and dark mode can change the final appearance, and some recipients block images. Your text and clickable links keep the signature useful.

Copy it once. Refresh it when things change.
Copy your formatted signature into Gmail or Outlook settings and choose when it appears. The setup guide walks through both, including the differences between classic and new Outlook.
Your linked card shows the latest saved information. The signature in your email settings is a pasted copy, so replace it after changing your displayed details or design in Meet Well.
Can I have a different logo in my signature?
Yes. Upload a separate signature logo in Email signature without changing the logo on your business card.
Will changing my card update old emails?
No. Your public card link reflects saved changes, but sent emails and pasted signatures keep their existing content. Copy the new signature into your email settings when needed.
